Ironwood Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to a specialized mission: training medically retired veterans to secure and manage the next generation of AI infrastructure.

As autonomous agents and “black box” models proliferate, the value of basic coding is dropping. The true, critical need is for disciplined oversight. Veterans, with their innate sense of mission readiness and technical discipline, are the ideal demographic to be trained as the auditors and guardians of high-risk AI.
